Management Support

Management support includes Human Resources and General Affairs, Purchasing & Material Management and Finance & Accounting. General Affairs includes building, operating and managing a system for efficient utilization of human resources, an integral part that makes up a corporate entity.
The ultimate objective of Personnel Affairs is to build a variety of personnel systems and support them so that the customers outside the company and the executives and employees who are internal customers can generate the maximum competitiveness and thereby creating corporate synergy.
Accounting department performs its task with the aim of contributing to optimal decision making by offering useful information to stakeholders including the management and shareholders in a timely manner based on its fairly processed accounting information in accordance with corporate accounting standards.
The objective of Legal Affairs is to provide a solid foundation for compliance and ethical management by minimizing corporate legal risks arising from the changing corporate environment both inside and outside the corporate. It strives to faithfully provide active and enhanced support by conducting legal reviews of various matters and offering legal advice geared towards meeting the needs of the business.
Purchasing & Material Management achieves cost-efficiency and makes a contribution to corporate profitability by establishing a timely procurement system through purchase plan formulation and management. Its objective is to reduce cost by diversifying the supply chain through continuous discovery of vendors and promotion of domestic production. The purchasing department is focusing on increasing the purchasing knowhow and information gathering and analysis capability.
